The bedroom and bathroom were clean, and warm. The bed was comfortable. Ample parking. Perfect for an overnight stay..
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
There was a new young girl, her first time checking someone in and she was having some difficulty. Having a daughter who works in the hotel business I understood her dilemma. She asked a male member of staff to help. Firstly he delayed, it looked to me, deliberately. Eventually he came to her assistance and then was less than helpful to her. He was once new and needs to remember that. He would be the kind of person to put me off returning.
